There are two places you can access the source files for Realpolitik:

Download - This is the easiest method. ~600k

CVS - Go to the CVS page and follow directions there. If you need information on accessing CVS, check out the SourceForge site docs. Note that Realpolitik has three modules: realpolitik, rgntool, and output.
